COD is a creative real estate developer primarily focused on building and redeveloping hotels, offices and homes. The company delivered two hotels in Amsterdam in 2015: Motel One on Europaboulevard (320 rooms) and Generator on Mauritskade (168 rooms). It also recently completed the Martha Flora/Bronovo Alzheimer House in The Hague, and Prins en Keizer (Vijzelstraat) and 5Keizers (Keizersgracht) in Amsterdam. The De Nieuwe Boompjes office building in Rotterdam is due for completion this year. COD is currently involved in the development of various interesting residential, office and hotel projects in the Netherlands.

RAI Amsterdam has been bringing different worlds, people and markets together, at home and abroad, since 1893. The company is an international exhibition and conference organiser for events in the Netherlands and abroad, and operator of the RAI Convention Centre in Amsterdam. RAI Amsterdam organises some 500 events each year, including exhibitions, conferences, corporate events and other events. It also provides event-related services to event organisers, exhibitors and visitors.
