nhow Rotterdam works hard to create a safe and pleasant environment to be enjoyed by our guests. We do our best to serve you and we ask you to please return the courtesy.

Corridors, fire exits and emergency routes must remain clear at all times. It is not allowed to store any items outside the rooms.
The use of emergency exits and stairs is strictly prohibited in non-emergency situations.
Smoking in nhow Rotterdam is prohibited. This includes e-cigarettes as well. If any member of the nhow team finds evidence (smell of cigarette smoke is evidence as well) of people smoking there will be an immediate charge of €200,-, the contract will be terminated and they are obliged to leave nhow Rotterdam within 1 hour.
It is not allowed to burn candles, incense, oil burners or use any other items that might cause the fire alarm to go off.
nhow Rotterdam takes no responsibility for the costs and consequences of fire alarm set offs by illegal burning of candles, incense, smoking or any other items that might trigger the fire alarm. For covering, removing or tampering with smoke detectors and the set offs of fire alarms caused by breaking the house rules there will be a charge of €500,- and immediate eviction from nhow Rotterdam. If it results in loss of turnover for nhow Rotterdam these costs will also be charged.
nhow Rotterdam does not allow parties in hotel rooms or public areas without written permission by the Hotel Director. Not more than 2 people are allowed to sleep in a standard room. Max. 3 guests are allowed to sleep in a premium room and / or suite. All guests should be registered at the nhow reception.
If rooms are damaged, left extremely dirty, smelling like smoke or vandalized in any other way, guests will be charged with: Additional cleaning fee, costs of repairs and costs of labor. If it results in loss of turnover for nhow Rotterdam these costs will also be charged.
It is forbidden to apply nails, screws or any other objects etc. to walls, floors, ceilings or furniture. It is not allowed to (re)move fixed furniture.
Bringing illegal substances, drugs and weapons inside the hotel is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate eviction.
Please ensure you respect all members of the nhow staff and all fellow hotel guests. nhow Rotterdam is a safe and friendly environment, where everybody is to be treated with respect. There is a zero tolerance approach to bullying, intimidation or violence.
In case a possible indicator of prostitution is observed, it will be reported to the police immediately.
We, the hotel, are not in any way liable for loss or damage of personal belongings. Every room has a safe which can be used free of charge, please store your valuable belongings in the safe.
nhow Rotterdam is not allowed to provide alcoholic beverages to visitors younger than 18 years. The hotel staff is always entitled to intervene in case of (excessive) alcohol abuse. nhow Rotterdam will deduct any outstanding charges from your deposit.
It is prohibited to use the nhow/NH wifi network for illegal activities and/or to install private networks or routers.
The nhow gym is available for all our hotel guests and is open 7 days a week. Using the gym is at the risk of the guest. Nhow Rotterdam has no responsibility for any injuries that occur while using the gym equipment.
For your safety and the safety of our other guests CCTV footage from some of the public areas is recorded and stored. In case of incidents on our property nhow Rotterdam will provide the footage to the proper authorities.
Please always report technical issues. We will process technical malfunctions as soon as possible.
Please be informed our hotel is entirely cashless. Only card payments are accepted.
