In Fabrics, star designer Karim Rashid's digipop design meets Head Chef Patrick Rexhausen's contemporary interpretation of German-French cuisine. This culmination of creativity is a feast for the eyes and a culinary delight for the senses. Fabrics is located on the ground floor of the hotel directly adjacent to the lobby and bar. Situated in the corner with glass exterior walls, the restaurant offers a spectacular view of the Spree River and the Oberbaum bridge.
The outdoor terrace offers seating for a sunny business lunch excursion or a romantic dinner on the Riverbank all summer long. The interior is a contrast of green tables and chairs with a completely pink wall separating the kitchen from the restaurant.
The 33-year old Head Chef Patrick Rexhausen's career is unconventional and his creations authentic. nhow Berlin's pop art interior is recreated in his dishes with a culinary interpretation.
With his modern take on German-French cuisine, he creates thrilling avant garde masterpieces – prepared with carefully selected ingredients, regional accents and surprising touches. He creates a new menu every six weeks.
