How can I change or cancel my reservation?
In the booking area on the nhow website you will find a link "My reservation" which will direct you to a website where you can edit and modify your reservation by entering your reservation number.
Can I book without a credit card?
Yes. However, if you wish to arrive after 6 pm, you will need to give your credit card details in order to hold the booking.
Can I receive added value for a stay at nhow Berlin?

Can I arrive later than 6 p.m?
Yes. If you are arriving after 6 pm, please give your credit card details to hold the booking.
Is the booking via this website secure?
Yes. The booking process on the website is carried out via an encrypted connection.
What does "best-price guaranteed" mean?
nhow Berlin guarantees you the best price on all online room bookings. If you find a better price elsewhere, we will match the price and give you an additional 10% discount.
How much do you pay for children?
A maximum of 2 children up to the age of 6 can stay here free of charge in their parents' room. For children ages 7 to 12, you only pay half of the breakfast price for children staying in their parents' room.
Are pets allowed?
For a small additional fee (20 € per night), dogs can of course be brought along. We are happy to provide you with a dog basket / blanket and pet dishes. (This does not include elephants and other large animals, as we do not have feeding bowls this large).
Are the rooms at nhow Berlin handicap accessible?
nhow Berlin offers 10 handicap accessible rooms.
Is WiFi provided?
WiFi is provided in all public areas (free of charge) and in all rooms (for a fee).
Are all rooms equipped with a minibar?
There is a minibar in all rooms with a small selection of drinks and snacks.
By when must I check out?
On the day of your departure, the room is available to you until midday. To allow you to sleep for longer on your well-earned Sunday, the room is available until 5 pm on this day for no extra charge.
Until when can I check in?
The rooms are available to you from 3 pm on the day of arrival.
Does nhow Berlin offer enough non-smoking rooms?
We are more than able to meet the demand for non-smoking rooms. 95% of all our rooms are non-smoking.
What kind of amenities are provided free of charge?
We provide various amenities such as shower gel, shampoo, soap and hygiene products in all rooms. Furthermore, in our executive rooms and suites, you will find items such as body milk, bath salts, conditioner, scrubs, slippers and bathrobes.
Are there allergy friendly rooms available?
All rooms are furnished with parquet flooring. Bedding suitable for allergy sufferers is available as required.
Which means of payment are accepted?
In addition to cash and EC card, we also accept all of the usual credit cards such as VISA, Mastercard, Diners, JCB and American Express. We do not accept travellers cheques or bank cheques.
Where can I buy hygiene products, if I forget mine?
Hygiene products such as toothbrushes, shaving sets, shampoo and more are available free of charge from our reception.
Where can I park my car?
A garage and parking spaces are available.

Where can I order my weekend schedules, theatre and concert tickets?
There is a concierge desk at the reception. You can book and reserve tickets there. We are also happy to advise you about possible activities in and around Berlin once you arrive.
